Mikey McManus is an award-winning Scottish Director, Cinematographer, and Editor. Born in St. Helier, Jersey, he is a 16-year Army Veteran and Off-Shore Diver, trading up into film & TV in 2015. He's worked with major worldwide brands like MTV, Cadbury's, HuffPost, and many more. He has worked with many Production companies producing high-end TV shows for BBC, Discovery, History, Channel 4, and Quest.

Mikey is a multi-skilled Producer/Director and DoP with experience across several genres including observational, historical, architectural, engineering, and factual entertainment. Working in documentaries is an extension of his PhD in history and anthropology and he has a keen interest in all aspects of the human condition. To further his interest in people and technical aspects of filmmaking, he is keen to tackle projects that require depth, craft, and creativity. He is also attempting genres and stories he hasn't yet experienced and is keen to apply his experience to new projects and grow experience.
